How It Works
Application
Explore our open vacancies and apoly or send us a open application. All you need to do is send us your CV and fill in a short form - it only takes 5 minutes.
Assessment
If we like your profile we will send you a short assessment to evaluate your level of English, and motivation (max. 30 min).
For some of our clients there are compay-specife tests that we will ask you to complete, that you will receive once you passed the English assessment.
Interview(s)
After passing the assessments you will have a short first interview with the ETH team. Then your profiles will be presented to a the client, and if it is good fit you will be onboarded to their team.
Onboarding
Every new team member will complete a three month trial period before starting a long-term commitment for your company. In the - very unlikley - case it is not a match we will provide you with a new candidate to fill the position.
Trial Period
Every new team member will complete a three-month trial period before starting a long-term commitment for the client. During the trial period both sides (the client and you) can decide to end the contract. Depending on the conditions you will then be placed with a new client.
Long-term Employment
Once the trial period is completed you wil work for at least one year for one client and become a member of their team. In a group of up to 10 people you will work in the Egyptian office and communicate directly with the team in Europe. It is possible that you will be invited to travel to Europe to meet the team or be trained. Once the engagement is over either your contract with this client will be renewed or you will be placed with a new client.
